GOD is the sustaining the life force for all physical life,
and despite your moral actions, you remain alive
because GOD wills that you do so, for you are on
probation for a short time to see if your will be willing
to seek Jesus your Saviour and allow His power to
grow inside you, and change your character.
If you morally turn away from Jesus and His power
what can GOD do, except continue to uphold you
as before, but since your relationship to Him is less
and less, than your feel more darkness more and more
and thus more bad will occur in your life....
Satan will come and entrap your further....and even
possess your mind with rebellion, and enslave you
with thoughts of wickedness.
While Jesus sustains your immoral dimensions of your world
He does not want to leave you there. You walked away from
Him and He kindly upholds your decision, but Jesus nor GOD
is the author of your immoral relationship to Him, you are.
He might put bread on your table, breath in your nostrils, and
protection over your life, but if you choose to rebel, as any
parent what else can we do ? Children grow up and are
morally free to live as they please, despite their parents.
When we come to Jesus even in a mild way, the loving
arms of Jesus protect us and welcome us warmly. Often
Satan gets upset but is powerless in the sinner's moral
decision to return to Jesus. So often the sinner asks, but
why when I return even just a little to GOD do bad things
happen in my life ? Does not Jesus have a basket of good
things flowing through me ? The answer is yes, He does.
So why does bad come when I am trying to seek GOD ?
There are two parts to your question here----->
Are you returning to Jesus in your own human strength ?
Are you humble to seek the quiet still small voice of Jesus
in your conscience ? Do you hear His voice speaking to you ?
Or was your effort of repentance, a human powered effort ?
Often we mix Jesus with Baal religion, and we have to learn
the difference between the two.
Secondly, Jesus does not allow you to suffer while coming
to Him in love. If He does allow you to be afflicted it is because
your are worthy of being humbled by others who see Jesus in
you and hate you for this divinity, which they do not have.
You have to see affliction as part of humility, not that it should
be, but because we live in a world of bad, and bad people,
the bad love to afflict the humble with affliction. Satan is
one power who hates humble people who turn to Jesus.
So learn to trust Jesus, because often affliction is a process
of making the young tree bear sweeter, purer fruit. A tree
is pruned to make it more fruitful. And it is the fruit
of your character that matters most to Jesus. For it is your
character only that you take into heaven....Shalom
