How GOD who oversees the bad or good flowing in us..

( 111 ) 1Sa 6:9 And see , if it goeth up by the way of his own coast to Bethshemesh , then he hath done us this great evil "ra`": but if not, then we shall know that it is not his hand that smote us: it was a chance that happened to us . {he: or, it}

.. then he hath done us this great bad ..

( 112 ) 1Sa 10:19 And ye have this day rejected your God , who himself saved you out of all your adversities "ra`" and your tribulations ; and ye have said unto him, Nay, but set a king over us. Now therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes , and by your thousands .

.. saved you out of all your bad ..

( 113 ) 1Sa 12:17 Is it not wheat harvest to day ? I will call unto the LORD , and he shall send thunder and rain ; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness "ra`" is great , which ye have done in the sight of the LORD , in asking you a king .

.. perceive and see that your badness is great ..

( 114 ) 1Sa 12:19 And all the people said unto Samuel , Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God , that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil "ra`", to ask us a king .

.. unto all our sins this bad ..

( 115 ) 1Sa 12:20 And Samuel said unto the people , Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness "ra`": yet turn not aside from following the LORD , but serve the LORD with all your heart ;

.. not: ye have done all this badness ..

( 116 ) 1Sa 15:19 Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD , but didst fly upon the spoil , and didst evil "ra`" in the sight of the LORD ?

.. the spoil and didst bad ..

( 117 ) 1Sa 16:14  But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul , and an evil "ra`" spirit from the LORD troubled him. {troubled: or, terrified}

.. from Saul and an bad spirit .. What is a bad spirit ? The Hebrew here is "ra" "ruwach" Generally "ruwach" means the "Holy Spirit" so why does Saul have a dysfunctional Holy Spirit ?

Notice the text carefully,

But the Holy Spirit of the LORD JESUS departed from Saul, and a dysfunctional Holy Spirit from Jesus troubled him.

The Hebrew word "ruwach" means "wind" or "character" and this wind or character is indeed administrated by the Holy Spirit.

Often the Hebrew write in strange block logic and we see nouns as static objects rather than as verbs completed. So part of the Bible problem is our cultural eyes of reading....

When translated into English you'll understand better.....

But the character of the LORD JESUS ( as empowered by the Holy Spirit in Saul) departed from Saul, and a dysfunctional character allowed by Jesus troubled him. (This is caused by the Holy Spirit moving away from Saul and thus less of Jesus' character empowered Saul while more of Satan's character empowered him.)

While GOD allows dysfunction to exist, and the Holy Spirit is the medium to allow observations for such "evil" or "dysfunction, GOD is not the source of the dysfunction even though GOD is allowing your choice of empowered power to exist over you.

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

We trust this helps in understanding. Shalom

( 118 ) 1Sa 16:15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil "ra`" spirit from God troubleth thee.

.. said unto him, Behold now, an bad spirit from GOD..

But why does the Bible say it that way ? Does GOD allow bad things in my life ? No The Bible is simply acknowledging the author of strong authority over your life. Even if wicked people are controlled by Satan, does not mean GOD has abandoned you as your parents. O No. God is your strong authority even if you refuse to acknowledge this. That's why the Bible says, God brings a bad character upon you. It is a reference to who is controlling your life. Satan doesn't control your life and neither can a bad person say O Satan made me do this! Or the drunk who kills a man, O the alcohol made me kill the man. Such poor excuses God does not like. God is in control of your life, Not Satan. God brings you closer to Him if you will alow Him to. God allows you to walk away from Him if you want to walk away from GOD. Should you walk away from God, than less of God flows in our life, and you have a dysfunctional flow of God, and thus; more bad things flow in our life.

Think of it this way, you walk away from a candle in a room with one candle of light. Does the candle power decrease with you walking away ? No. It still travels at the speed of light. Its rays are the same. So why does the light appear to be less and thus more darkness appear to grow ? Not the light's fault. The problem is the relationship of you to the light has changed. Move closer to the light and less darkness will appear and more light will grow, in intensity.

( 119 ) 1Sa 16:16 Let our lord now command thy servants , which are before thee, to seek out a man , who is a cunning player on an harp : and it shall come to pass, when the evil "ra`" spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand , and thou shalt be well .

.. and it shall come to pass, when the bad ..

( 120 ) 1Sa 16:23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul , that David took an harp , and played with his hand : so Saul was refreshed , and was well , and the evil "ra`" spirit departed from him.

.. refreshed and was well and the bad ..
