Lord master

(231) 2Ch 18:16 Then he said , I did see all Israel scattered upon the mountains , as sheep that have no shepherd : and the LORD said , These have no master (adown) ; let them return therefore every man to his house in peace .

..said , These have no Lord (adown) ; let them ..

(232) Ne 3:5 And next unto them the Tekoites repaired ; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord (adown) .

(233) Ne 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way , eat the fat , and drink the sweet , and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared : for this day is holy unto our Lord (adown) : neither be ye sorry ; for the joy of the LORD is your strength .

Notice the use of a heavenly authority also uses this same word to rule:- This day is holy unto our Lord...

(234) Ne 10:29 They clave to their brethren , their nobles , and entered into a curse , and into an oath , to walk in God's law , which was given by Moses the servant of God , and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord (adown) , and his judgments and his statutes ;

.. and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord (adown) , ..

Notice even a heavenly Being such as YHWH can use the term 'adown', and thus 'Lord' is the only English word we can use... This means every context in the New Testament, one must use 'Lord' for all verses... And this make Jesus a higher Authority then some religions of faith would like...

(235) Job 3:19 The small and great are there; and the servant is free from his master (adown) .

.. from his Lord (adown) .

(236) Ps 8:1 � upon Gittith , A Psalm of David .)) O LORD our Lord (adown) , how excellent is thy name in all the earth ! who hast set thy glory above the heavens .

.. O LORD our Lord (adown) , how excellent..

Notice 'adown' is used for 'Lord' for YHWH our King...

(237) Ps 8:9 O LORD our Lord (adown) , how excellent is thy name in all the earth !

.. O LORD our Lord (adown) .

YHWH is referenced as 'Lord' even for 'adown'.

(238) Ps 12:4 Who have said , With our tongue will we prevail ; our lips are our own: who is lord (adown) over us?

..who is lord (adown) over us?

The YHWH is 'lord' over us...not a master over us...

(239) Ps 45:11 So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty : for he is thy Lord (adown) ; and worship thou him.

.. for he is thy Lord (adown)..

(240) Ps 97:5 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD , at the presence of the Lord (adown) of the whole earth .

.. at the presence of the Lord (adown) ..

There are many examples of 'adown' as 'Lord' for heavenly YHWH.
