The Holy Spirit personified as wisdom

(71) Pr 5:1 � My son , attend unto my wisdom (chokmah) , and bow thine ear to my understanding :

    These are also symbols of the Holy Spirit. A wayward woman is the opposite of wisdom, as pictured here.

    Wisdom can be called or spoken to..

    (73) Pr 8:1 � Doth not wisdom (chokmah) cry ? and understanding put forth her voice ?

    Wisdom cries out her voice..

    (74) Pr 8:11 For wisdom (chokmah) is better than rubies ; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

    (75) Pr 8:12 � I wisdom (chokmah) dwell with prudence , and find out knowledge of witty inventions .

    Notice wisdom is personified and cannot be an attribute only of the Father or the Son.

    (76) Pr 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom (chokmah) : and the knowledge of the holy is understanding .

    Wisdom is a power flow from YHWH, but comes via the agency of the Holy Spirit.

    (77) Pr 10:13 � In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom (chokmah) is found : but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding .

    Men need wisdom

    (78) Pr 10:23 � It is as sport to a fool to do mischief : but a man of understanding hath wisdom (chokmah) .

    Pride destroys wisdom's flow, via the Holy Spirit...
